Every order is confirmed by email once it ships.

Limited pieces are final sale.Each one is released in a small run — once it sells out, we can't accept it back.

For everything else: if a piece arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, reach out within 3 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or store credit.
