Lagos: the fee depends on your area (Island or Mainland) — pick it at checkout and the exact fee shows before you pay. Estimated 1–3 working days.

Other states: the fee is set per state and shown at checkout before you pay. Estimated 3–7 working days.

Every order is confirmed by email once it ships.

Limited pieces are final sale.Each one is released in a small run — once it sells out, we can't accept it back.

For everything else: if a piece arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, reach out within 3 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or store credit.

Bank transfer.After checkout you'll see our account details and the exact amount. Transfer from your bank app, tell us the name on the account you paid from, and we confirm your payment — usually within the hour during the day. Your pieces are held for 24 hours while we wait for your transfer.
